Ex Governor of Delta State who was recently released from London jail over Fraud and Money Laundering, finally meets with present Governor of Delta State, Governor Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa at a traditional marriage of one of his aides. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa whom was a former Commissioner of Health under the Ex Governor's administration was all smiles as he shook hands with his predecessor. This will be the first public meeting between both Governor's, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa's aide reveals.
